Around 3–4 months in, your hair might start leaving your head like it’s late for daycare—don’t panic, it’s just the hormones doing their thing. It’s annoying (yes), messy (also yes), but totally normal—and your hair will make a comeback, just like you are.

First things fits, there’s no miracle cure out there for this—if there was, it sure as hell wouldn’t be a secret!
There’s no magic fix, so don’t waste your cash trying to find one. But if there’s a product or treatment that’s going to make you feel good, you do you—we’ve popped a few of our faves below.
